Hi, We're Digital Cloud
I run Digital Cloud from Roseburg, Oregon. No team, no agency, no account managers — just me, handling websites for local businesses who have better things to do than fight with technology.
Why I Do This Differently
I've watched too many small business owners get burned by the web industry.
They hire an agency that promises the world, then hands them off to a junior developer they never meet. Communication goes through a ticketing system. Every small change takes a week and costs extra. After a few months, they feel like a number, not a client.
Or they go the DIY route — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress — and suddenly they're spending their weekends troubleshooting plugins instead of running their business. They become accidental IT departments for a website that was supposed to be "easy."
Neither option makes sense to me.
I think there's a better way: one person who actually knows your business, handles everything, and picks up the phone when you call.
That's what Digital Cloud is. It's me, doing this work the way I'd want it done if I were on the other side.
What Working With Me Actually Looks Like
You Have My Number
When you need something, you text me or call me. No support tickets, no waiting for someone to "escalate" your request. I'm the one who built your site, and I'm the one who fixes it.
I Know Your Business
I'm not managing 200 clients and forgetting who's who. I work with a small number of businesses so I can actually remember what you do, what matters to you, and what we discussed last time.
Plain English, Always
I won't bury you in jargon or make you feel dumb for not knowing what a "CDN" is. If something technical matters, I'll explain it clearly. If it doesn't, I won't bother you with it.
Things Get Done Fast
Need to update your hours for the holidays? Change a phone number? Add a photo? I usually handle it the same day you ask. No approval chains, no project managers, no bureaucracy.

Based in Roseburg, Oregon
I live and work in Roseburg. I understand the local business landscape here — the challenges, the opportunities, the community. When I work with local businesses, I'm not just a vendor. I'm a neighbor.
That said, I work with businesses across Oregon and beyond. The relationship works the same way — direct communication, personal service, your website handled.
How I Think About This Work
Your website should work for you, not create more work.
If your website is adding stress to your life, something's wrong. My job is to make it a non-issue — something that just works while you focus on your actual business.
Honesty over salesmanship.
I'll tell you what you need and what you don't. If your current site is fine, I'll say so. If something's a bad idea, I'll tell you — even if it means less money for me.
Relationships over transactions.
I'm not looking for one-time projects. I want to work with businesses long-term, handling their websites year after year. That only works if I actually deliver.
You own everything.
Your domain, your content, your website. If you ever want to leave, everything comes with you. I don't believe in holding people hostage.
